Welcome to Ramen Revolution

Ramen Revolution was a spark of inspiration when things looked pretty bleak in March 2020. Initially a concept to work as a “ghost kitchen” within the Santiago’s Bodega kitchen, the idea was put on the back burner (pun intended) as we were able to reopen our existing restaurant earlier than anticipated.

When we got word that a new space next door was available, the Ramen Revolution concept was dusted off and that dream began to become a reality. The idea of the ghost kitchen morphed into the neighborhood ramen shop you’re sitting in today.

The word Revolution can have many connotations, but what we focus on is how we are able to change our way of thinking. More of a Copernican revolution, than a radical uprising revolution, if you will. A shift from thinking one entity is the center of the universe, forcing the understanding of another. A paradigm shift. A mind-altering frame of thought. In many ways, this little ramen shop a change from one way of thinking to another.
